Equisent Aged Care was formed in 2008. Starting off as an Approved Provider of State Supported Residential Services, it gained Federal Approved Provider status in 2015 under the Aged Care Act.
Recently Equisent Aged Care developed and owned a 90 Bed Federally Funded Aged Care Facility with a co-located retirement village, which was recently sold in a successful $30m off-market transaction to a large non-profit organization.
Equisent Aged Care currently assists the rest of the Equisent Group in evaluating new aged care opportunities, and where to add value in a development transaction.
