Hiram is the majority owner and founder of Equisent Group. Previously a Vice President of an international management consulting firm, he has advised Boards of Directors on various aspects of corporate business strategy in New Zealand, America, and Singapore. He has also been involved in various entrepreneurial startups and acted in capacities of Mergers & Acquisitions, and Venture Capital.

Hiram has been actively involved in all facets of property development and investment over the last twenty years. Hiram is also extensively involved in commercial construction management of medium to large scale development projects in the residential and commercial sectors, having previously developed his career at a prestigious multi-billion dollar international construction firm.

As Director of Finance, HR and Operations, Maria is as comfortable in a hard hat and steel cap boots as a pinstripe suit in the boardroom.

A trailblazing figurehead for women in property and construction, Maria is the heart and soul of the Equisent Group and keeps everything running smoothly like clockwork.

Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Majoring in Accounting and Minor in Law and is a certified CPA.
