We visit your property with an Occupational Therapist to discuss the best way to meet your needs. As a registered Domestic Builder, we take into account structural and buildability considerations, and also value for money to ensure NDIS approval.
Latest Adaptive Technologies: We incorporate the latest in adaptive technologies and automation to create environments that are not only accessible but also intelligent, responsive, and easy to navigate.
Quality Craftsmanship and Design: Our skilled contractors are dedicated to executing your home modifications with the highest standards of craftsmanship and design, to National Construction Code Standards, with Domestic Home Warranty Insurance covering all works for a statutory 7 years. EQUAL Living, being part of the overall Equisent Group, holds relevant Domestic Builder’s License DB-U 24387 with the Victorian Building Authority, and is a member of the Master Builders Association Victoria.
