SDA Specialist Disability Accommodation

At EQUAL Living, we are dedicated to supporting NDIS participants in their journey towards independent living. The top floors of our facilities feature up to eight beautifully designed two-bedroom apartments, crafted specifically for NDIS participants who seek to live independently or share their space with another participant under the SDA program.

The support services for these participants are provided via our collaboration partners, Aruma Disability, Yooralla, and Healthscope. The housing and tenancy management is arranged by our housing partners Housing Choices Australia, and Specialist Disability Accommodation Ltd.

EQUAL Living will follow the Participants journey for their home and living options, and assist in all tasks required to assist the Participant to settle into their new long term home.
